Content: The course conducts a basic review of the rationale and importance of risk supported decison making. It demonstrates the value of a pan organisational ERM process which can be refined to improve existing business processes. It finsihes by looking at some of the reporting tools possible at executive level to deliver ERM information. The course follows Institute of Risk Management (IRM) guidance.
