As individuals we all make decisions everyday: whether to pull out into traffic; to change our mortgage; to commit to that fitness routine.
It is the same with organisations: do we change our strategy; should a player be substituted; is this the best option available; how's our marketing.
The thing about all of these decisions is that we rarely think about how we make them. Many are intuitive, some will be deliberate, but are the processes behind them robust enough to ensure we make more right than wrong ones. Are we making effective decisions.
The cost of getting them could be disastrous.
