The importance of communicating across a motivated team no matter how large or small is critical to the success of every leader. This course looks in detail at the ways leaders can motivate and communicate both as an individual and at organisational level.
Objectives:
- To understand the principles of motivation and satisfaction.
- To enable students to identify improved methods of motivation in support of their task.
- To enable students to improve leadership communication across their team.
- To understand motivation and communication techniques to personnel and groupings beyond the specific leadership responsibility.
