Aim: This is a short course designed to get personnel in leadership and management roles thinking about leadership and inspired to take on their responsibilities and build their performance to the benefit of your team or business.
Objectives:
- To engage students in thinking about the role of leaders.
- To inspire them to expect more from their own leadership abilities.
- To dispel any fears of leading.
- Understand the different types of leadership.
Duration: Half a day.
Numbers: 4 - 16.
Target Audience: This course is suitable for anybody who may find themselves stepping into a leadership role, from pupils at school to mature managers who need to develop their skills in a changing business environment.
