Aim: The domain of leaders is the future. The aim of this package is to give students an understanding of their role and responsibilities. It will look at the different approaches available to dealing with future challenges and develop student's confidence to lead their team, organisation or business onwards to success.
Objectives:
- To understand what people expect of leaders.
- The importance of a shared vision.
- How to enable others to act.
- How to take people down the path to success .
- The importance of valuing the contribution of others.
Duration: Between one and five days. The course is tailored to suit each different organisation and can be run as a continuous course or split over time as part of a wider development programme.
Numbers: 4 - 8.
Target Audience: This course is suitable for managers and leaders or personnel who may be moving in to a greater leadership role.
